1. Scope of Services

Tiger Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. provides corporate office interiors, residential fitouts, commercial renovations, industrial civil infrastructure, and turnkey project execution services across India.

2. Quotations, Estimates & Site Visits

• All online estimates and preliminary budget ranges provided through website forms are indicative and subject to on-site measurement and structural validation.
• Formal BOQ (Bill of Quantities), architectural blueprints, and final project agreements supersede any informal or digital estimates.

3. Intellectual Property & Design Rights

All architectural drawings, 3D renders, floor plans, brand marks, site photographs, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Tiger Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Obligations & Site Handover

For commissioned interior and infrastructure projects, the client is responsible for:

• Providing uninterrupted site access, water, and power utilities as specified in the service agreement.
• Timely approvals for material selections, layout schematics, and milestone sign-offs.
• Adhering to agreed milestone payment schedules.

5. Project Timelines & Force Majeure

While we pride ourselves on 100% on-schedule project delivery, completion schedules may be adjusted in events of force majeure (such as natural disasters, state-imposed construction bans, material shortages, or labor disruptions beyond reasonable control).

6. Limitation of Liability

Tiger Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website usage or third-party external links.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and any contracts entered with Tiger Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
